PlayMillion grants the user a license to use a single copy of Skill On Net Ltd’s software programs(s) (“the software”) and related documentation provided by PlayMillion according and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
By using the software and website, you will be able to play in either the "Real Money" mode or "Practice" mode. In the "Real Money" mode, real money may be wagered and gained. In "Real Money" mode you will be required to pay funds into your Account by any of the methods specified from time to time by PlayMillion. Such funds will be deposited into your Account upon actual receipt of funds by the Company and/or its agents. Minimum and maximum limits may be applied to the payments into your Account, depending upon your history with PlayMillion, the method of deposit, and other factors as determined solely by the Company. In the "Practice" mode, no real money is played. Funds played in "Practice" mode have no value in and of themselves and are kept separate from Real Money funds. They are not transferable to a Real Money account nor are they redeemable for any currency.

In order to use PlayMillion you must download and install the software, and open an account. The information you provide during account registration must be true, complete and up to date.
Customers may only open and operate a single account. Where a customer is identified with more than one account we will suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to the same customer) are consolidated. Once completed, all accounts will be closed and Skill on Net may return all deposits without bonuses made so far on these accounts to the Player. There are three types of accounts:
A Practice account does not use real money, and funds used to play hold no monetary value whatsoever. Your name and email are the only requirements to register for a Practice account.
A Bonus account does not require the deposit of real funds, are subject to change, and are described in the section below. Your name, email (validated), address, and other information are required to register for a Bonus account.
In order to change status to a Real Money account a minimum deposit amount is required as well as the initial registration requirements. All financial transactions are processed through SKill Processing LTD and will show up on statements as SKP*PlayMillion, Skill Processing, Aquapay Malta, code PREMIUM-VERSAILLES or PlayMillion.
New deposits cannot be made while you have a withdrawal pending in your account. If new deposits are made while there is a withdrawal pending, that withdrawal request will be cancelled, and your funds will be refunded to your Real Money Balance.
A user is not able to register more than one account in the system. Any attempt to try and deceive management by registering multiple accounts in another user name to gain bonus money will be deemed as abuse, and will result in the account being suspended, bonus money being removed, winnings voided and the option to withdraw monies being canceled. Withdrawals can only be made based upon the initial registration information provided by the player. Incorrect or misleading data in personal details and/or contact details such as phone number or email address will result in all winnings to be voided.

If no documents or Signed Deposit Form are sent for verification your account will be suspended until verification is completed.
If a player initiates with a chargeback or disputes a deposit made at PlayMillion, all monies paid to such a user including winnings, will be claimed back with immediate effect.
*Please note that winnings stand for an amount which is more than the total deposits made by a player. As a condition for payment, winnings will not be issued until such documentation has been received. Please also note that any winnings over the value of €5000 may take up to 5 business days to process. This is due to extra security checks made by our accounts department.
Inaccurate or false information provided when setting up a Real Money account will result in the player being unable to make a withdrawal from the system. This is aside from any penalties or actions taken from PlayMillion as per the terms of breach of contract.
Any player suspected to be working in a group, or collaborating in any other way directly or indirectly with other players will result in closing of the accounts and all winnings will be void.
If a technical problem causes a game to pay out a higher amount than should be paid (either a game win, bonus game win or jackpot win) to a player's account, the Casino reserves the right to remove all funds from the account that were incorrectly credited as well as any winnings subsequently won by using the funds incorrectly credited.
Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, playmillion.com reserves the right not to apply or honor the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the odds it deems at its sole discretion to be fair and correct.
Each bonus will have its own specific requirements for transferring eligibility from a Bonus balance to a Real money balance. The standard bonus terms can be viewed in our bonus policy.
If a specific bonus requires a bonus code to be used, then the bonus will not be credited unless such bonus code is entered when requested.
When multiple bonuses have been credited to the account, points earned will go towards the bonus requirements of each bonus in the order they were added to the account.
The Bonus balance can never be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is made, the remaining bonus balance will be removed.
If a player has received more than 2 free bonuses on his account, he needs to have wagered 2000 or more in the last 14 days in order to be eligible for further free bonuses. If user hasn't wagered this amount and claims a free bonus, he will automatically opt out of all future bonuses.
If a bonus is forfeited by the user then also any Winnings in the account will be voided in this case.
The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. The management reserves the right not to issue the bonus if it feels that any form of abuse or unfaithful actions have been conducted by the player.
We regularly send promotional emails with bonus offers. You are only eligible for the bonus if you received the email directly from us.
Only one bonus per household may be issued. A user is not able to register more than one account in the system. The method by which players receive withdrawals will depend upon which payment methods have been used as well as the amounts of those transactions. Payment of funds that you withdraw shall be made by check, wire, credit card, Neteller, Moneybookers or any other reasonable manner that PlayMillion selects.
When a deposit is made via credit card, all subsequent withdrawals at least to the amount deposited will be paid back to the credit card where admissible. We will try to add the full amount you request to your credit card but some CC companies only allow the deposit amount to be added. Any money we can’t add to your card will go to an alternative method of your choice. If a MasterCard was used then an alternative method needs to be chosen for the whole amount as MasterCard do not allow us to pay money back to your card. When a deposit is made via an online wallet, the amount deposited will be paid back to the original deposit method.
Due to restrictions in certain countries, we may not be able to pay funds back to your credit card and may require an alternative method for withdrawal. The countries are: Colombia, Venezuela, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.
We reserve the right to process withdrawals in EUR or USD regardless of the requested currency.

Any payments of funds made to you from PlayMillion are subject to a surcharge to cover costs such as wire transfers, checks or online wallets which we will deduct from your balance before processing the withdrawal. The surcharges are as follows:

Regardless of the amount requested, wire transfer and check withdrawals in CHF, RUB, NOK, SKK, DKK and ZAR carry a fee of €35 (which will be converted to your currency on the day the withdrawal is processed and removed from the requested amount).
All payments of funds from PlayMillion are subject to a minimum fund requirement that is subject to change.
Transferring funds between accounts is strictly forbidden.
Withdrawals can only be made based upon the initial registration information provided by the player. Incorrect details will result in the closing of the account and all winnings will be void.
All winnings will be void if your name does not match the name on the credit card you use.

PlayMillion will not tolerate any abusive or offensive language or other behaviour considered inappropriate by PlayMillion. Bad behaviour or language identified by PlayMillion or brought to its attention may result in a suspension or loss of playing privileges or such other action as may be decided by PlayMillion, including but not limited to account termination. It is also forbidden for players to use offensive nick names when they log into PlayMillion. Players at any time may submit abuse or offences to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PlayMillion may electronically monitor the Site and the users of the Site at any time in order to ensure compliance with this Agreement and may disclose any information, record or electronic communication of a user of the Site: (a) In compliance with any law, regulation or authorized governmental request; (b) If such disclosure is necessary for the continued operation of the Site; or (c) To protect the rights or property of PlayMillion or its partners.
If the Account Holder does not access and or log in to his account for a period of six (6) calendar months then his account will be considered a “dormant account”. PlayMillion will charge a 10% administration fee or a minimum of 5 EUR/USD/GBP/AUD/CAD to that account on a monthly basis. The first fee will be charged at the end of the sixth month after the last login was recorded.
If your player account remains dormant for more than thirty (30) calendar months, we will remit your player account balance (if any) to you, after deducting the necessary fees. In case that the player cannot be located then the remaining funds (if any) will be held indefinitely until such point that the player contacts us to redeem the balance.
If your Account becomes Inactive, PlayMillion is entitled to charge you a monthly administrative fee of €5 per month as long as your account remains Inactive, in accordance with the PlayMillion Inactive Accounts Fee Rates. An account will be considered as “Inactive” if the account holder has not logged into PlayMillion at least once during a period of 90 consecutive days. The monthly administrative fee is subject to change.
You agree to pay any and all payments due to PlayMillion or any third party in connection to your use of the PlayMillion software. You further agree not to make any charge-backs and/or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your due payments and in such an event you will refund and compensate PlayMillion for any and all unpaid payments including any expenses PlayMillion incurs in the process of collecting your payment.
If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider your case and refund your purchase if your reason is valid. To apply for a refund, e-mail us on email@example.com. If any complaint you may have, has not been resolved to your satisfaction you have the right to refer it to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A bet may only be unresolved for 90 days. During the time the bet is unresolved, it will not be available for the company or the player to use for any other purpose. In the event that you have not claimed or removed the bet after 90 days, it will be considered as a win for PlayMillion.

Employees, managers, directors, agents or consultants, of PlayMillion and their relatives (including spouse, parent, partner, child or sibling) are not permitted to register with PlayMillion or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the Games.

You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by emailing PlayMillion at email@example.com. PlayMillion shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any aforementioned termination or suspension of the account.
Any notice we give to you, will be sent to the email address that you provided when you registered your Account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your email address updated and active. Any dispute arising in respect or connection with this Agreement, its interpretation, execution, performance, or the Parties and their relationship shall be governed and determined exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Malta, and the competent courts in Malta shall have sole jurisdiction.
Under no circumstances will PlayMillion be liable to you or any third party for any contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your, or any third parties, whether direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to any damages, loss of business profits[including loss of or failure to receive anticipated winnings], business interruption, loss of business information, or any other loss) arising out of or in connection with use of the software and/or PlayMillion service (hereinafter “PlayMillion Service”), whether or not PlayMillion has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from, but not limited to, use or misuse of and reliance on PlayMillion Service, from inability to use PlayMillion Service, from any non-compatibility between the software and User software or hardware or any damages caused by or as result of the software, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of PlayMillion Service (including such damages incurred by third parties), or termination of user account, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify PlayMillion from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of PlayMillion services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, PlayMillion will provide you with a notice of such claim, suit or action.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written or oral between the owners of the Site and you. PlayMillion may amend or modify this Agreement or impose new conditions at any time without notice to you, effective immediately upon being published on the Site. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement and amendments hereto each time you play. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you have the right to terminate this Agreement. Any use of the Site by you after such publication on the site shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such amendments, modifications or new conditions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found or declared to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or other competent authority having jurisdiction, such finding or declaration shall not invalidate any other provision hereof, and this Agreement shall thereafter continue in full force and effect.
